Bookings & Appointments
How do I book an appointment?
Browse stylists in your area from the Home screen, tap a stylist to view their profile, select an available time slot, and confirm your booking. You'll receive a push notification confirming the appointment.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Go to My Bookings from your Profile, tap the appointment you want to change, and select "Cancel" or "Reschedule". Please note that cancellation policies may vary by stylist, and late cancellations may incur a fee.
What is the Cancellation Waitlist?
If no available time works for you, you can join the Cancellation Waitlist for a specific date. If an appointment is cancelled for that date, you'll receive an instant push notification so you can book the newly opened slot — first come, first served!
Can I book a mobile/at-home appointment?
Yes! Some stylists offer mobile services and will come to your location. Look for the "Mobile" badge on a stylist's profile. You'll be asked to provide your address when booking.
Payments & Subscriptions
How does payment work?
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can add a payment method in your profile settings. Some stylists may also accept cash payments — check their profile for details.
How does the stylist subscription work?
Stylists pay a $10/month subscription to be listed on RefreshMe. The first month is free. Subscriptions are managed through the Stylist Dashboard and billed automatically via Stripe.
I was charged incorrectly. What do I do?
Contact our support team at admin@refreshmeapp.com with your booking details and a description of the issue. We'll investigate and resolve it within 2 business days.
Account & Profile
How do I update my profile?
Tap the Profile icon at the bottom of the screen, then tap "Edit Profile" to update your name, photo, and contact information.
How do I become a stylist on RefreshMe?
Select "I'm a Stylist" during registration. You'll complete an onboarding flow that includes identity verification and setting up your services and availability. Once approved, your profile goes live.
Is my personal information secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted and stored securely using Firebase. Payment information is handled exclusively by Stripe and never stored on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I delete my account?
To request account deletion, email admin@refreshmeapp.com from your registered email address with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We'll process your request within 7 business days.
