- For at-home appointments, let a trusted person know your location and the appointment time.
- Use the in-app chat to communicate with your stylist. Keep all conversations on the platform.
- If something feels wrong, trust your instincts. You can cancel a booking at any time before it begins.
- After your appointment, leave an honest review to help keep the community safe for everyone.
