Swipe through real work
Browse photos from the pros near you in a full-screen feed. Double-tap to save a pro, and tap “Book this look” when you find the one.
Light, dark, or match your phone
Pick your look in Profile › Appearance. Dark is the classic RefreshMe look; Light is easy on the eyes in daylight.
Your regular pro. Extra points.
Earn 1.5× Refresh Points from your second completed visit with the same pro, and 2× from your fifth. Keep coming back to the people who get your look.
Give $10. Get $10.
Share your personal referral code or link from the app. After your friend's first paid booking is completed, you each receive $10 in account credit. Earn up to 10 referral rewards; each qualifying friend still gets theirs.
Stay on top of your next refresh
If you haven't rebooked the same pro, get a reminder 21 days after your completed visit. Tap it to return to their profile. Enable app notifications to receive reminders.

After confirming your appointment is complete, choose 15%, 20%, 25%, or a custom tip from $1–$500. Tipping is optional, and 100% of your tip goes to your professional. You can also add a tip later from an eligible completed booking.

Discover products in the Shop strip on your professional’s profile. Buy in the app, then pick up directly from your pro in person.
For clients: browse, buy, pick up
Shop products from your pro’s profile and arrange in-person pickup. Your professional is the seller of record for the products you purchase.
For pros: your own product collection
Open the Merch tile to list up to 20 products. RefreshMe takes a 10% fee on product sales; the remainder is paid to your connected Stripe account. Bank arrival follows the applicable payout schedule.
Keep every handoff organized
Manage purchases in the Orders tab and mark an order “Handed over” when the customer collects it. Pros are responsible for their products, refunds or exchanges, and collecting and remitting applicable sales tax.
